my car was broken into on campus not too long ago. I didn't have a system, though, just a regular CD player through the stock speakers. I have insurance that covers this sort of situation, but with a $500 deductable...so basically I was stuck paying for everything thanks to some asshat. They managed to steal my CD player and all the mounting hardware (brackets, etc) so even if I do get a new CD player (which I haven't yet, coming to a new appreciation for exhaust note), I can't install it in my car. However, there is a positive side to this story: I only had to pay $100 for the window and installation (had a connection at the shop). Sorry to see another Z and its owner victimized, hope everything works out for ya.
